Have you ever prayed to God and waited, waited, and waited some more; waiting for God to reveal and give you exactly what you prayed from. You were angry; at times doubting God and ignoring all the small signs he laid in front of you letting you know that what you prayed from was on its way. We many times ignore the signs and lack the ability of putting in the work it takes to see the things we prayed for manifest itself for our good.
Prayer is an action, so we must use action to do a little work on what we want as well. God doesn’t just drop things from the sky as we sit still and stagnant. No! We have to work equally as hard to put or prayers into action. Never doubting that God isn’t working or cares less for us, but remembering that we have to put for the action that supports the plans God has for us. That means it is time for us to move!
Too many times we pray for things we don’t need and God uses that to awaken a new passion in our lives. A new sense of being that we never knew exists. He designs the road map for us and all the tools we need to confront the enemy, but we run and hide and deny all that is right in front of us. I know I’m not preaching to the choir, because I myself have ignored many new road maps that God laid in front of me because I allowed fear to swallow me whole. Give that UP! Stop living in fear, when you serve a God that is mighty. God is always on go, so why are we so slow to move? Let God enter those moments when you are in fear and have mixed emotions about where you really want to be. Many times our ignorance towards the plan is us trying to control God and guide him to the goals we want and the places we think we need to be. We have to remember that once we invite God into a plan we must allow him to work and rework that plan until he puts us right where he believes we will be of great asset. Remember sometimes it’s a place we never thought we would be, but it’s a place on the road map that prepare us for our ultimate destination.
He’s intentional. We prayed and haven’t quite reached that goal we prayed for, but we must remember that God is working things out for our good. Lord knows I am fighting a nasty fight in a few of my life situations, but I am trusting in God that everything that is going on is working out for me. I may not be happy in those moments, but he has intentionally placed me in these places to prepare me for what is to come. I know that he wouldn’t move me without reviewing the, what could and what may happen during the journey.
I know he’s walking with me and giving me all the tools to defeat all the devils that may try to destroy me along the way. Remember he’s intentional. When he places us in situations he comes in and moves things out. Things that we thought would last forever. We must follow the guidance and move along without questioning God. We have to learn to stop standing still in Gods plans. He will kick things out of the temple, which is YOU! He will only make room for the best and what is needed for victory. Stop going to retrieve those things and leave them there. God is intentionally working it out for your good.
So again you prayed and prayed and still you don’t see your prayers unfold. Have you ever thought that what God has moved out to bring us to what we want; we are trying to catch and bring back in? We fight so hard against what isn’t needed and self-destruct all that has already been prepared. This is action that goes against the action of God. God will shake the atmosphere and move some things that we don’t want moved, but remember there is no need for justification when God moves. He is placing us where we want to be, but freeing us from the hands of those that want to intentionally destroy our motivation to achieve the plan. Let God move and get rid of whatever he feels is dead weight and will hold you back from going forth. If it’s a relationship….let it go. If it’s a friendship…..let it go. If your work doesn’t reflect your passion…..pray and ask God to guide you where you want to be, but put in the work, so you can let go freely. Don’t stay in unnecessary storms; getting wet with the blues. God has built you a safe house that will protect you from those elements and in the end your prayers will be manifested and to that we must all say Amen!
Stop dwelling in your fears and what others might think. God made you a masterpiece for the world to see and to not be dimmed by someone else’s light. Let you light shine! Remembering what God has for you; it is definitely for you. God intentionally designed for us all to be great.
It is up to us to pray, give it God, let him work and use our efforts to produce the master plan. No more praying and waiting; we must pray and act. Letting God set the plan and we boldly follow. God is always intentional.
