Be strong in saying “NO”. It’s a full sentence that hold much weight and secures your emotional well-being. Even if it means saying “no” to people who are used to hearing “yes.” 

Suggestions on how to say NO.

*No thanks!

*Maybe next time.

*That’s not going to work for me. 

*I’m not interested. 

*Unfortunately, that’s not something I want to do at this time. 

*I’m going to say no for now. I’ll let you know if something changes. 

*I just don’t have the time to put into that right now.
