Motivation Music Monday – Breathe

Two of the benefits of music is to lower stress and reduce depressive thoughts. I bumped into this soothing motivation while watching an episode of “Ugly Betty”. It reminded me of something that we naturally do, but sometimes forget to acknowledge its importance. Becoming aware of your presence and the the exorbitant existence of self. When was the last time you listened to the harmony of your breath with the sounds of life moving around? When was the last time you let go and just BREATHED? When life gets to hard to bare…. just BREATHE! When stress seems to be your residence….. just BREATHE! When you can’t seem to figure it out…just BREATHE!

Close your eyes and become aware of your breathe as the melodies of the musical gems vibrates your eardrums.
