It’s the end of the Monday workday and you are more than likely imagining yourself peacefully sleeping the work blues away. WAKE UP! NOW! There is still more day to lived and more dreams to be chased. Imagine if everyday were Monday. Everyday you jumped into bed with all your goals and visions for your life. What would be accomplished? What dream made reality? The short answer….NONE! Monday is another day that we unfortunately will experience every single week. Yet, the way we experience it doesn’t have to be the same. If we change how we start, go through, and live our Monday we will have a better grasp on what it takes to use Monday as a way to jump start towards our goals.
Monday can be the foundation for crushing a weekly goal that manifests itself into a long-term goal that brings another level of success. Let me search in my database for an example. Example: You are seeking a new job and want to polish up that resume? Monday can be your day to review current resume layouts, which motivates you to begin to develop and format your own. By Friday your resume is complete and polished, with all your personal style bells and whistles. Now all you have to do is apply and who knows maybe that dream job is awaiting you behind door number three. If you decided to sleep the night away instead of doing some research you would have missed a day that would have been instrumental in your desired success. Now do you see it? Monday can be your game changer, your deal maker, your jump start to crushing goals and making life really do…what it do!!!
Let go of the Monday Blues and find you a new tune to sing! Something more upbeat that has a crushing bass with a funky melody. Life is about turning all your dreams into reality. If Monday is in your way….develop a new way of using Monday. Yes…using Monday as your setup and not your downfall of the success you always wanted. You won’t find it in your after work Monday slumber. WAKE UP!!!! It’s time to go to WORK! The real Work is done after FIVE!! The work that you have to do to better YOU!
